Go Bananas!

By Izanah · Comments (0)
Tuesday, April 6th, 2010

On those days that you don’t feel like preparing food in the kitchen, why not try eating Black Sphinx dates and bananas continually throughout the day?  They are both sweet fruits so combine well together;  the banana adds bulk and dates are generally laxative. The fruit sugars supply healthy energy and feed your brain.

Make sure and hydrate between fruit meals.

Hopefully, the next day you’ll be pleasantly surprised as your colon rewards you:  be prepared.

Nutritious Junk Food

Tangerines!  Instead of  satisfying your late night cravings with expensive raw food munchies or a bag of potato chips, try sitting in front of the television and eating a bagful of delicious, sweet tangerines.  Instead of ripping open a packaged product, try ripping open a tangerine and experience mother nature at her best: the fresh aroma of citrus. Citrus fruits are one of the best mucus dissolvers known to mankind.

Izanah Jones: Reggae for Love

Rasta Colors – What do they mean?

Red symbolizes the blood that the Father shed for us. It is placed at the bottom to signify the earth, where blood flows down to. The gold represents the sun which is a reflection of God's love, the life force. Green symbolizes the green meadows where the lamb and the lion lie down together representing peace and prosperity.
